What we are building
Purpose-built rather than converted: temperature and humidity held stable year-round, painting screens and racking sized for framed work, shelving and pallet space for crates and sculpture, monitored security and fire suppression, and a private viewing area for inspections and appraisals.
Every object in the facility is tracked at the object level and tied to its catalog record, so retrieving a work means naming it, not searching for it.

Storage is not available yet, and I would rather say so plainly than take a booking I cannot honor. Join the waitlist and you will hear the moment we have opening dates and rates — waitlist members are offered space first, at founding pricing.
In the meantime we are glad to advise on interim options, and to catalog and condition-report a collection now so it is ready to intake later.

Why does fine art need climate-controlled storage?
Swings in temperature and humidity are what damage art in storage: canvases expand and contract, panels cup and split, paper foxes, and adhesives fail. Stable conditions, not merely cool ones, are what protect the work.
Can you advise on storage in the meantime?
Yes. The Boise facility is being built now, and waitlist members get first access to space and founding rates. Until it opens we are glad to advise on interim options and handle the transport in and out.
