Start with the record, then decide
Estate work almost always begins in the same place: nobody knows what is there. We inventory the collection object by object, photograph everything, note condition, and research what we can — producing the document every subsequent decision depends on.
From there the work can be appraised, divided among heirs, insured, moved into storage, or sent to consignment, and every party is reading the same list.

We are comfortable operating under an attorney or advisor’s direction, on a defined scope and timeline, and delivering documentation in a form that stands up in a file.
Questions we get asked
Do you appraise artwork?
No — appraisal is a separate, credentialed discipline and we do not perform it. What we provide is the inventory, photography, and condition documentation an appraiser needs to work from, and referrals to appraisers we trust.
Can you split a collection between several heirs and locations?
Yes. Once the inventory exists, we pack, crate, and deliver to as many destinations as the division requires, with a record of what went where.
